How it works
Donor reporting and requester confirmation help tell the story. HBB verification is the final step before a donation can add LifePoints or official achievement progress.
Create your HBB account, complete your donor profile and submit the requested verification details.
After donating, add the collection details and supporting evidence in the app. The requester may also confirm the donation.
Hamro Blood Bank reviews the donation evidence. LifePoints and achievement progress begin only after approval.
Explore available rewards, claim one with your LifePoints and redeem it with the participating partner.

Claim and redeem
When you claim a reward, the app shows the partner, benefit, eligible location, expiry time and terms before any LifePoints are used. At the partner location, open the claim and present its changing QR code or manual code.
If an unused claim expires—or you cancel it before redemption—the reserved LifePoints are returned in full and the history remains visible in your app.
Our promise
Redeeming a benefit reduces your available LifePoints, but earned badges continue to celebrate verified milestones and donation streaks. A badge is removed only when the underlying donation recognition is formally reversed.
Participating clinics, pharmacies, cafés, entertainment venues, mobility services and other businesses may offer approved benefits. Availability depends on the partners and locations shown in the app.
