Volunteer
Hamro Blood Bank is a social initiative of ACT Nepal working to strengthen Nepal’s blood-donation ecosystem through digital tools, donor engagement, community partnerships, and better coordination of blood needs.
We are looking for motivated volunteers who want to contribute to a meaningful social-impact project and support activities such as donor outreach, blood donation events, community engagement, awareness campaigns, and partner coordination.
Responsibilities
Support donor outreach and awareness activities.
Assist during blood donation events and community programs.
Help onboard donors and guide them in using the Hamro Blood Bank platform.
Coordinate with local clubs, blood donation groups, and partner organizations.
Support social media, campaigns, and public awareness activities when required.
Help maintain accurate event, participation, or donor-related records.
Represent Hamro Blood Bank professionally and respectfully in community activities.
Contribute ideas to improve donor engagement and community participation.
What we’re looking for
Genuine interest in voluntary blood donation, community service, or social impact.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, reliable, and willing to work collaboratively.
Comfortable interacting with donors, community organizations, and the public.
Basic digital skills and familiarity with smartphones/social media.
Students, recent graduates, professionals, and community volunteers are welcome to apply.
Previous volunteering or blood-donation experience is helpful but not required.
